A light spacious two-bedroomed self-contained cottage (converted from an old coach house) let as a cosy private entire B&B, completely separate from Little Fountains, the main house. Your own front door is not shared with anyone else. Bed and Breakfast but in private!

Modern facilities, and contemporary architecture designed with old-fashioned comfort. Two bedrooms and a wonderful, spacious living space with a fab kitchen downstairs, and bathroom with shower – all yours!

The best bits of bed and breakfast and self-catering combined. Short stay or long breaks with a light continental breakfast left in the fridge for you including fresh eggs from our own garden hens if they are laying!

WELLS B&B DULCOTE VILLAGE | OUR LOCATION

A short walk into Wells either across open fields or on a footpath gets you to Wells Cathedral and the Bishop’s Palace. The Wells Market Place, home of the Wednesday and Saturday Farmer’s Market is right there too. Great dog walk into Wells across the fields or a more pedestrian route up Constitution Hill and accessing the public footpath directly to the Bishop’s Palace. Glastonbury Tor is 8 miles away and the Glastonbury Festival by car is a 13 minute run.
